I am happy to announce that Steere House was designated Deficiency Free in our Annual Survey by the Rhode Island Department of Health.  The Steere House Board of Directors and Administration congratulates our team of dedicated employees.  I know, as do those who determine this exceptional status, that it takes commitment by all for an entire year to achieve consistently high quality care for our long term residents and our transitional care patients.  Our thanks to the entire Steere House community for your hard work.
